Analysis of Feasibility and Countermeasures of the Full Implementation of Modern Joint-stock Private Enterprise
Abstract：Since the reform and opening up, the development of private enterprises of our country is getting more quickly, a most people through self employment not only to be on rich road, also provides most of the consumer products for the society. More people were employed by private enterprises. But at the same time, private enterprises in the process of social development, there are also problems of unbalanced distribution of the interests of the workers. The private ownership in essence, unreasonable income distribution system, workers' right consciousness, social regulation is not in place is an important cause of this problem. The way of solving the problem is mainly implemented full shareholding in private enterprise, so that each employee can participate in the distribution of corporate profits.

前言
私营经济的存在和发展是社会主义初级阶段的主要特征之一。马克思说过，生产力决定生产关系，生产关系一定要是和生产力发展的规律是人类社会发展的最基本的规律。[1]我国现在处于社会主义的初级阶段，生产力发展的水平还比较低下，因此我国确定了在公有制经济为主体的前提下，允许个体经济和私营经济的存在和发展，以此来促进我国生产力的发展。自从我国实行改革开放以来，我国的私营经济发展的越来越充分，不仅促进了我国经济的繁荣，同时解决了一系列问题：比如增加了劳动力就业的岗位、促进了我国的科技创新等等。但任何事物都有两面性，同样地私营经济的一些问题也逐渐显现出来。如：生产资源浪费、环境污染、产业结构失衡、贫富差距悬殊等问题。本文首先对我国私营企业的收入分配现状进行分析，继而寻求导致收入差距产生的原因以及为什么要实施全员股份制。最后探讨实施全员股份制的具体策略。
