浅析中国城镇化与农民增收——影响农民增收因素探析前言
历史上的中国，曾是世界上最早的城市发源地之一，然而由于近代中国的衰落，我国的城镇化发展长期滞后于西方国家。新中国成立之后，我国的城镇化建设虽然取得了一定发展，但是由于在建国早期缺乏国家建设的经验，在国家建设中出现了一些错误决策，严重制约了我国城镇化的发展速度。直至改革开放政策的实施，我国才真正出现建设城镇化的契机。三十多年来，我国城镇化建设迅速发展，成绩斐然。但是，我国目前实际的城镇化水平依然较低，带动农民收入增长的力度有限，特别是城镇化建设中日益暴漏出的一些问题，造成农民实际收入依然相对落后，农村居民收入与城镇居民收入差距悬殊。因此，我们有必要对当前城镇化进程中影响和制约农民增收的具体因素进行探讨分析，进而提出切实可行的具体建议和对策，以提高农民收入，促进我国城镇化建设更好发展。
