Abstract: With the reform of basic education in our country to promote, in Higher Normal Colleges and universities ideological and political professional in the curriculum reform also be imperative. Through the ideological and political education of Henan Province, the curriculum of the Zhoukou Normal University as an example, discusses the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities in the curriculum should embody the professional characteristics, teacher characteristics, practice characteristics and reform issues, so as to enhance the effectiveness of University in Ideological and political education curriculum and the benefit.

—以师范学院思想政治教育专业为例
前言
2001年6月国家教育部颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要（试行）》其明确地指出基础教育改革势在必行。同时，作为地方高等师范院校的师范学院是河南省地方基础教育的一只主力军，就其学校目前专业课程的设置现状而言，高等师范院校思想政治教育专业课程设置改革也势在必行。因此，本文以师范学院思想政治教育专业为例，对其当前的课程设置通过纵向、横向对比、社会调查分析及学生心理研究，进行初步的探索，并总结出一些优化的路径。

随着经济全球化不断地深入，国内外社会形势不断变化，导致当前我国的中学生成长的社会环境以及自身的身心发展都有了极大的变化。
