摘要摘要全球经济飞速发展,能耗不断增大,环境日益恶化,建筑能耗占了相当 大的比重,而空调制冷行业又在其中占了很大的比重,发展到了今天,节约 能源以及环境保护毫无疑问已经成为空调制冷行业的重中之重的问题。近 几年来,地源热泵技术发展迅速,一方面地源能作为可再生能源,另一方面 地源热泵有着高效、节能、环保的特点,促使这种热泵技术在国内外得到了 广泛的研究和应用。但是由于在一些特殊气候地区、不同功能的建筑的情况 下冷热负荷比例悬殊,制冷制热量所需不同,因此容易导致土壤热不平衡问 题,这个问题也是地源热泵技术亟需解决的重要问题之一。84889

在夏热冬冷气候地区,夏季的冷负荷远远大于冬季热负荷,这就导致土 壤的热堆积问题,可以利用辅助冷却的方式进行辅助散热来保持土壤热平 衡。本文选取了辅助冷却的复合式地源热泵系统,即冷却塔与地源热泵复合 式系统来解决这一问题。

本设计针对南京地区的某综合性办公大楼,根据计算全年空调冷热负 荷的结果,对复合式地源热泵系统和机组进行设计。对于常规地源热泵系统, 运行多年后会导致土壤温度迅猛升高,热不平衡问题严重,在夏热冬冷地区 是不适用的。与传统的地源热泵系统相比,联合冷却塔运行的地源热泵复合 式系统土壤热平衡更好,系统能耗更低,运行更稳定高效。从而通过本文的 研究,对夏热冬冷地区的典型城市——南京的一座综合性办公大楼设计一 种更加适用、优化的地源热泵系统设计方案。

Abstract With the rapid development of the global economy and increasing energy, the environment is deteriorating, because building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion, and air conditioning and refrigeration industry is a large energy consumption, energy saving and environmental protection is undoubtedly the refrigeration industry forever tone。 In recent years, with the rapid development of ground source heat pump technology, on the one hand it can be used as a renewable energy source, on the other hand, the ground source heat pump has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, the heat pump technology has been researched and applied widely at home and abroad。 However, due to the climate in some special areas, in the case of the different functions of the building with ratio of cooling and heating load, the different heating capacity required for cooling, so easily lead to soil thermal imbalance problem, the problem is also an important source heat pump technology needed to solve。

In the hot summer and cold winter area, the cooling load in summer is far greater than the winter heat load, which leads to heat accumulation problem of soils; we can use the auxiliary cooling way auxiliary heat to keep the soil thermal equilibrium。 In order to solve the problem, one kind of the composite ground source heat pump system named system of GSHP with cooling tower, which is introduced and researched in this paper。

In a large comprehensive office building in Nanjing as an example, the building all-year hourly load is calculated and the characteristics of the annual dynamic load were analyzed。 We designed the system of GSHP and selected the appropriate control strategy according to the meteorological parameters and the features of load。

We compared and analyzed the condition of the different performance of the system of the conventional and the hybrid GSHP system。 For the conventional GSHP system, the soil temperature rise rapidly and the thermal imbalance problems is serious。 So it is not applicable in hot summer and cold winter area。 Compared with the conventional GSHP system, the hybrid system of GSHP with cooling tower has lower energy consumption and better soil thermal equilibrium and run more stable。 According to the research, so as to obtain a more applicable, optimized design scheme for the building in Nanjing。
