摘要本工程为青年旅社的建筑、结构设计,本设计是一个五层框架结构,建筑总 高度为 19。05m,建筑总面积为 5607。7 ㎡。抗震设防烈度为 7 度,设计基本地震 加速度为 0。15g,属于设计地震第一组;西北风为主导风向,地面粗糙程度为 B类;基本风压为 0。35kN/m2 ,基本雪压为 0。5kN/m2 ,楼盖与屋盖均采用现浇钢筋 混凝土结构。85086
本设计主要对横向框架第 6 轴进行内力计算。在确定框架计算简图后,分别 进行地震作用下内力计算、风荷载作用下内力计算、竖向恒荷载作用下内力计算、 竖向活荷载作用下内力计算、框架梁柱内力组合、框架梁柱板楼梯基础等构件配 筋计算。对于水平作用力,利用底部剪力法、D 值法。对于竖向作用力,利用弯 矩二次分配法。对于内力组合,分别进行了三种组合。
本次建筑设计的青年旅社,以青中年人群为主要服务对象,注重经济性,推 崇自助和互助的简约式高素质生活体验,并强调不同的文化交流,可供周末或短 期培训使用。

This design mainly carries on the internal force calculation to the sixth axis of the transverse frame。 After determining the frame calculation sketch, respectively,calculate internal force of earthquake, calculation internal forces under the action of wind load; calculate internal force of vertical permanent load; calculate internal force of vertical live load;combinate the beam and column internal force of the frame;calculate the reinforcement for beam,column,foundation and stair; For the horizontal force, using the bottom shear method and the D value method。 For the vertical force, the double-moment-pided method is used。 For the combination of internal forces, three combinations were carried out。
The architectural design of the Youth Hostel, the main object of service is young and middle-aged people,and emphasize the importance of economy,and praise highly for high-quality life style of self-help and mutual aid, and emphasizes the different cultural exchanges,the building can be used for a weekend or a short training。
