摘要为了深入分析环氧树脂混合料在荷载作用下的破损机理,本文引入了内聚力模型。分析了有限元软件ABAQUS中内聚力模型的本构关系,介绍了断裂力学基础,选择使用双线性模型来研究环氧树脂混凝土的断裂特征。通过模拟单边开口的半圆形环氧树脂混凝土断裂试验,测算出混合料中的断裂能和断裂韧度,发现了从裂缝的产生、扩展到试件的破坏所经历的五个阶段。使用双线性内聚力模型模拟了环氧树脂混合料的断裂试验,分析了试件模型中的应力分布、裂缝产生和损伤破坏,进一步证实了双线性内聚力模型模拟环氧树脂混凝土断裂行为的合理性。实验数据表明:内聚力单元的上方受压应力,下方受拉应力。当拉应力达到开裂强度时,裂缝产生,随着荷载的增加,损伤值也将增大,裂缝长度也相应增大,直至试件破坏。87490

Title    Study on Fracture Behavior of Epikote Mixture   Based on Cohesive Zone Model                     

Abstract The cohesive zone model is introduced to analyze the damage mechanism of epikote mixtures。The constitutive models in finite element software ABAQUS are analyzed and the basis of fracture mechanics is introduced,and then the bilinear cohesive zbne model is used to study the fracture characteristics of epikote concrete。By simulating the fracture tests of the semicircular epikote concrete,the fracture energy and the fracture toughness of the concrete can be measured and the five stages which is from the extending cracks to the destruction of the specimens isfound。Using bilinear cohesive zone model to simulate the fracture test of the epikote mixture,analyzing the stres distribution in the specimen model,cracks and damage,further confirming that using the bilinear cohesive model to simulate the fracture of epikote concrete is reasonable。Experimental data show that :the top of the cohesive zone element bearcompressive stress, the below is under tensile stress。When the tensile stress reaches the cracking strength,the cracks begin。As the load increases,the damage value increase and the length of cracks grow until the specimen breaks。
