摘要本文针对钢桥面与沥青混凝土铺装界面的粘结层,对环氧树脂(固化)、环氧沥青(未固化)、环氧沥青(固化)三种界面类型的剪切疲劳性能进行研究。本文主要进行了三部分试验:①对集料、环氧沥青和环氧树脂进行了一系列材料性能试验;②采用SCIS(Steel-Concrete Interface Shear)型钢桥面与铺装界面剪切试验装置对三种类型界面进行了剪切强度试验;③运用与剪切强度试验相同的试验仪器对三种类型界面进行了剪切疲劳试验。基于试验结果,运用MATLAB软件与Origin软件分别计算出各界面在疲劳荷载下的动态剪切模量、相位角和耗散能,分析这三个指标与界面剪切疲劳破坏过程的相关性,提出界面疲劳破坏判据。最终通过研究三个指标与界面疲劳寿命的关系,建立两种界面(界面二和界面三)的疲劳寿命方程。87508

Title  Research on shear fatigue characteristics of the interface between the steel bridge deck and the asphalt concrete 

Abstract The system of steel bridge deck pavement usually consists of single or multiple layers of pavement and steel bridge deck, and they are bonded by the adhesive layer as a whole。 Its overall performance is closely related to the mechanical properties of the adhesive layer。 This paper focused on the adhesive layer between the steel bridge deck and asphalt concrete pavement, and studied the shear fatigue performance of three types of interfaces which are made of epoxy resin (solidified) 、epoxy asphalt (unsolidified) and epoxy asphalt (solidified)。 This paper mainly conducted three tests: first, the characteristics of aggregate, epoxy resin and epoxy asphalt were tested; second, the shear strength of the three types of interfaces were tested by the newest SCIS (Steel-Concrete Interface Shear) test device; third, the shear fatigue characteristics of the three types of interfaces were tested by the newest SCIS (Steel-Concrete Interface Shear) test device。 By using MATLAB and Origin, we processed the test data and analyzed dynamic shear modulus, phase angle and dissipated energy of the three interfaces in the corresponding load。 This paper researched the relation between the three indexes and fatigue life of the homologous interface and found the index which can show the process of shear fatigue failure。 Ultimately we got the shear strength and interface fatigue life equation of two types of interfaces (interface I and interface II)。
