摘要本毕业设计课题为南京某建筑公司办公楼建筑及结构设计。建筑的总面积约为5200平方米，主体层数为四层，本设计采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。建筑设计包括1-4层的平面设计，主出入口的剖面设计以及建筑主要立面的立面设计，并绘制了相应的建筑施工图。结构设计手算部分包括一层楼盖及屋盖的结构设计，次梁的结构设计，一榀框架的结构设计，一部主要楼梯的结构设计，柱下基础的结构设计，并绘制了相应的结构施工图。结构设计电算部分包括利用PKPM软件建立建筑的模型，计算机得出结构的内力，并且对一榀典型框架的内力电算结果与手算结果进行对比，并且分析了误差产生的原因，最后利用PKPM生成底层柱柱端内力并以此为基础设计的内力值。87726

Title     Architectural and Structural Design of an Office Building For a Construction Company in Nanjng__________

Abstract The graduation project is architecture and structural design of an office building for a construction company in Nanjng。 The plant’s total construction area is about 5200 square meters, the main five。 This construction uses the fame structures 。This paper included architectural design 1 to 4 floors, sectional design of the main entrances, main facade design, and the corresponding construction drawings。 Hand calculates in Structural design includes first floor and top floor design, the secondary beam design, one typical frames design, the main staircase, foundation design, and the corresponding construction drawings。 Electric calculation in Structural design includes establishing model of a building by using PKPM, and calculating the internal forces of the plane frame structure。 And compared the internal force results from hand calculates with that from electric calculation, and analysis the reason of the error。 In the end, by using the PKPM, underlying end-column values of internal forces are generated, which is the important evidence for the design and construction of the basis。源-于,优Z尔%论^文.网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ752018~766
