摘要： 随着社会的发展，人口老老龄化成为了我过面临的重要问题。养老院作为一种现代的养老方式，越来越受社会公众的关注。养老院的建筑设计应该按照老年人的生活习惯以构建居家养老为基础、社区为依托、机构为支撑的养老服务格局为目标，建成规模适度、布局合理、满足多元需求的养老设施空间格局满足养老院的无障碍设计。为进一步提高虹口区养老设施的数量、质量和服务水平，满足杨浦区老年人群体对养老设施的需求，促进和谐社会建设，特建设杨浦区五角场镇养老院87927

 本项目位于上海市杨浦区，老年人口较为集中，该地块交通方便，周边住宅皆为旧住宅，临靠两所医院，周边多数住宅及少量商业。

    本项目用地目前处于杨浦，周边为住宅区以及两所医院，周边的景观绿化带相对较少。周边多数建筑已成型，排列紧密。

奉贤区明馨养老院

    奉贤区明馨养老院创建于2010年，现坐落在奉贤区南桥镇金海公路1698号。养老院建筑面积1。25万平方米。投资3500多万元。明馨养老院东面、南面小河环绕，闹中取静。为了让老人们的晚年生活更健康、更快乐，老有所乐、老有所为，享有“艺术养老”真谛。于2011年8月引进了中国音乐家作品收藏馆专家团队的“艺术养老”理念；聘请了艺术专业教师进行指导。于2011年10月16日建院一周年之际，“艺术养老实验基地”正式揭牌。
