摘要本次设计对象为浙江省杭州市某法院行政楼,杭州处于夏热冬冷地区,根据建筑结构及所在地全年气候特点经行暖通空调系统的设计。本办公行政楼主要包括4个区域:行政楼(A区)、综合楼(C、D区)、审判楼(B区),房间组成以办公室、会议室和大、中、小法庭为主。本毕业设计内容主要包括办公行政楼的土建资料、冬、夏季负荷举例计算、冷热源选择、针对办公室的风机盘管+独立新风系统空调设计、针对大法庭的全空气系统空调设计、建筑水、风系统水力计算、气流组织情况、水、风系统设备的选型、建筑防排烟系统的设计。本次设计以人体舒适性为出发点,结合建筑内部结构特点、当地气候等条件,努力做到系统的节能环保。25441
经过综合分析,本建筑空调系统的冷热源采用风冷冷水(热泵)机组为空调末端提供冷量和热量,水系统采用一般采用两管制闭式、异程系统,个别区域的楼层采用同程系统。结合本建筑不同房间的功能和使用频率,设计中针对大法庭和大厅采用全空气一次回风系统,一般办公室采用风机盘管+独立新风系统,并对一层车库进行通风系统设计以及地下室通风、排烟设计。

Title Air conditioning design of an administrative office building in Hangzhou City
Abstract
The object of this design for the administration building as a court of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou in the hot-summer and cold-winter area, for this HVAC system design according to the climatic characteristics throughout the year and the building structure. The rooms of this building are composed of office rooms, conference rooms and courts. This design mainly includes the architectural construction materials, winter and summer load calculation, selection of cold and heat sources, air conditioning system design of the air conditioning system design for fan coil unit plus fresh air system, all air system, building water system hydraulic calculation and hydraulic calculation of wind system, air flow organization check, water design preparation and wind equipment selection and design of anti exhaust system. This design takes human comfort as the starting point, combined with the internal structure of the building, the local climate conditions, and strive to achieve energy saving and environmental protection.
