摘要本设计为一幢度假酒店的暖通空调以及必要的防排烟设计。该楼位于福建省武夷山市,地下一层是泵房、仓库以及设备用房,地上一层至地上二层为商场、餐厅、书店等公共建筑。三至四层为客房标准间。本设计的设计任务包括地下一层的通风、防排烟,地上一至四层的空调、通风以及必要的防排烟。针对设计建筑的功能以及当地气象参数及通风空调及供暖的要求,参考相关文献资料,在计算、分析整个工程的设计负荷的基础上选择了以风冷热泵为冷热源,以风机盘管+独立新风系统和全空气系统为末端的空调方案,同时进行了相应设备的选型计算。最后绘制了整个工程的设计图纸,包括水系统原理图、风管、水管平面图、水系统轴测图、风系统轴测图、空调机房平、剖面图以及部分设备的大样图。本设计旨在合理地改善设计环境的空气品质,为工作人员以及度假旅游的游客营造良好的工作生活环境。28164

Title The HVAC Design for a Resort hotel in Wuyishan
Abstract
The design for a Resort hotel of the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning as well as necessary smoke control systems design. The building is located in Wuyishan, Fujian Province.The underground floor is used for pumping stations, warehouses and equipment room;the basement to the ground two are used for shopping malls, restaurants, bookstores and other public buildings.The three to four for room standards. The tasks of the design for the buidling are including the venlation system and necessary smoke control systems of the underground floors as well as air-conditioning, ventilation the ground one to four. In the light of the function as well as local meteorological parameters and ventilation and air conditioning and heating requirements of the building, refering to the relevant literature, then air-conditioning program choose the air source heat pump as the cold heat source, fan coil + independent outdoor air system as the end of the air-conditioning on the basis of calculating, analying the design load of the whole project. At the same time carry out the corresponding device selection calculation. The last but not least is the drawing of maps, including Principle map of the water system, the map of the wind and water pipes as well as the engine room.The design is armed to improve the air quality of the environment of the building, to provide people with a good working and living environment.
