    设计总说明:本设计课题为玉田中学体育场馆结构设计。该场馆供学校教学使用,建筑面积约2052.08m2,共三层。三层层高均为5m。整个场馆纵向约36.6m,横向为58.8m。本工程结构地上三层,无地下层。屋顶为结构找坡,坡度6.667%,建筑物高度为17.5m。整个场馆平面规整,符合使用及受力要求;立面简洁、明快,体现出现代化风格。29168
    本设计的屋架结构形式采用钢网架结构,下部采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。钢结构屋架的特点是质量轻,强度高,可以满足大跨度的需求,安装方便使得施工工期短,可以降低投资成本,而且防火性高,防腐蚀性强,回收无污染,环保性好。本结构采用上弦周边承重方案。自然条件如下:基本风压:0.55kN/m2(重现期为50 年);基本雪压:0.20kN/m2(重现期为50 年);本地区地震基本烈度为七度;地震分组为第I组;设计地震加速度为0.10g;场地类别为Ⅳ类;防火等级为二级。地质条件及地理情况见地质勘查报告
    主要结构材料如下:钢管选用GB700中的Q235B钢,采用高频焊管或无缝钢管;高频螺栓选用GB3077中的40Cr,等级符合GB/T16939;螺栓球选用GB699中的45号钢;封板锥头选用O235钢,钢管直径大于等于75时需采用锥头,连接焊缝以及锥头的任何截面都与连接钢管等强;套筒选用Q235钢,截面与相应杆件截面等同;焊条Q235钢与Q235钢之间选用E43,Q235钢与45号钢之间选用E50。主要结构构件尺寸如下:柱500mm×500mm。
    荷载均采用均布面荷载。基本荷载组合有以下8中:1.2×恒载、1.2×恒载+1.4×活载、1.2×恒载+1.4×风载、1.2×恒载+1.4×活载+0.84风载、1.2×恒载+1.4×温(+20°C)、1.2×恒载+1.4×活载+1.4×温(+20°C);1.2×恒载+1.4×温(-20°C);1.2×恒载+1.4×活载+1.4×温(-20°C)。
    总体上,本工程的结构设计满足了中学体育场馆的各种使用要求。

    Structural design of Yutian middle school sports venues
    Abstract:This design task is for structure design of Yutian Middle School sports venue. The venue is used for school teaching. It is about 2052.08 m2. It has three floors. height between floors is 5 m. The longitudinal length of the whole venue is about 36.6 m and the transverse length is 58.8 m. There are three floors above ground and no under stratum. The design of its roof is slope structure whose slope is 6.667%, and the height of the whole building is 17.5 m. The whole venue is neat and conforms to the requirements of the use and stress; Facade is concise, lively and reflects the modern style.
        The roof truss structure of the design adopts steel grid structure, and the lower part uses a casting reinforced concrete frame. The steel roof truss structure has characteristic of light mass and high strength, it can satisfy the demand of large span. And it is easy to install, which shorts the construction time. The steel roof truss structure can reduce the investment cost, and it has a high quality in fire prevention with anticorrosive, it can be recycled without pollutions. This structure uses the string around the bearing. Natural conditions are as follows: the basic wind pressure: 0.55 kN/m2 (return period of 50 years); basic snow pressure: 0.20 kN/m2 (return period of 50 years);The region's basic earthquake intensity is 7 degrees; earthquakes are grouped into the group I; earthquake acceleration is 0.10 g; the site category is Ⅳ classes; the fireproofing rating is secondary. The geological conditions and geographical situation can be finded in the geologic survey report .
        Main structural material is as follows: choose steel tube of Q235B in GB700 with high frequency welded pipe or seamless steel tube. High frequency bolt choose 40 Cr of the GB3077, and the level is in line with the GB/T16939. Bolt globe choose GB699 of 45 # steel of GB699 ;Sealing plate cone head chooses Q235 steel, when steel pipe diameter is greater than or equal to 75 , cone head are used, connection weld any cross section and the conical head and connection pipe are the same strength ;casing pipes choose Q235 steel, cross section and the corresponding bar section are equal;  electrode between electrode of Q235 steel and Q235 steel is E43, between Q235 steel and 45 is E50.Main structural component size is as follows: column 500 mm×500 mm.
