设计总说明本设计课题为上海南翔中学宿舍楼结构设计，该建筑层高3.2米，共6层，建筑高度约为19.8米，建筑面积约为4700平方米。无地下层，室内外高差600mm，屋顶为建筑找坡，坡度2%。整个办公楼平面规整，符合使用及受力要求；立面简洁、明快，体现出现代化风格。61745

本结构采用多层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。框架结构是指由梁和柱以钢接相连接而成，构成承重体系的结构，即由梁和柱组成框架共同抵抗使用过程中出现的水平荷载和竖向荷载。框架结构的房屋墙体不承重，仅起到围护和分隔作用。

框架建筑的主要优点：空间分隔灵活，自重轻，节省材料；具有可以较灵活地配合建筑平面布置的优点，利于安排需要较大空间的建筑结构；框架结构的梁、柱构件易于标准化、定型化，便于采用装配整体式结构，以缩短施工工期；采用现浇混凝土框架时，结构的整体性、刚度较好，设计处理好也能达到较好的抗震效果，而且可以把梁或柱浇注成各种需要的截面形状。

Abstract The design issues for the structural is the design of Shanghai Nanxiang high school dormitory building,.the building have six layers, the height of the building is about 19.8 meters with each storey’s height is 3.2m, the construction area of the building is about 4700 square meters.There’s no storeys under the ground. 

The structure adopts the multi layer cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure.The frame structure refers to the structure of the bearing system which is formed by the connection of beam and column with steel, which is the horizontal load and vertical load which appear in the process of the use of the framework of beam and column.

Main advantages: flexible space, light weight, saving material.
