    设计总说明:本设计所涉及的污水处理厂位于浙江省东中部,所处理的主要是来自该地区的生活污水, ,设计分两期建成,本设计主要以一期为主,污水处理量为一期 5万m3/d,部分构筑物考虑二期 10 万 m3/d 的处理水量 ,进水 CODcr:300mg/L、BOD5:140mg/L、TN:30mg/L、SS:180mg/L。  经过对各生物法处理工艺的研究比较,确定采用以卡鲁赛尔氧化沟为核心的污水处理工艺,用以达到脱氮和降解有机物的目的。卡鲁赛尔氧化沟工艺相比吸附-生物降解工艺(AB 法) 、序批式活性污泥法(SBR 法) 、深井曝气法等都拥有其独特的优势。抗冲击负荷能力强,能应对水质水量的较大波动;污泥稳定性好,不发生丝状膨胀。此外,其立式表面曝气器单机功率大,调节性能好,平均氧转移动力效率高、有较强的混合搅拌和抗冲击负荷能力。 设计中,格栅截流较大的悬浮物或漂浮物,以保障后续污水处理设备能够正常运行;旋流沉砂池通过利用水力涡流,使泥沙和有机物分开,并砂粒的沉淀加速;氧化沟将沟内的表曝产生的径流转化为动力,推动氧化沟内液体流动,高效降解废水中有机污染物,从而达到同时脱氮的目的;辐流式二沉池使泥水分离,确保污水处理系统的出水水质。 ;重力污泥浓缩池本质上是一种沉淀工艺,降低剩余污泥的含水率,减少污泥的体积,确保后续处理顺利进行。 根据确定的工艺流程,本设计通过对构筑物(包括格栅、旋流沉砂池、卡鲁赛尔氧化沟、二沉池和污泥浓缩池)主要尺寸的设计计算、水力损失及管径选择,完成了设计工艺说明、工艺流程图(含高层布置)、厂区平面布置图和主体构筑物单体图。 本设计在技术上可行、在经济上合理。投资费用为 4200 万元,运行费用 703.7 万元/年。每吨水处理费用为 0.39 元。本设计具有总投资少,运行稳定、处理效果好,工艺简单,占地面积省,二次污染少等优点确保废水处理达标排放。 废水经处理后,预计可以达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级标准的B标准,即:CODcr ≤60 mg/L;BOD5 ≤20mg/L;SS  ≤20mg/L;NH3-N≤8mg/L;TN ≤20mg/L,达到减少污染、实现保护环境的目的。 48410

     Carrousel oxidation ditch Process Design of A Sewage Treatment Plant  General Information Of Design:The design involved a county sewage treatment plant which  is located in middle-east Zhejiang Province, it mainly  treatment the wastewater  from domestic sewage in the region. The initial design amount of sewage is 50000 m3 / d ,and the long-term one is 100000 m3 / d. The indicator of waste water quality standard is: CODcr: 300 mg/L, BOD5: 140 mg/L, TN:30 mg/L, SS: 180 mg/L. By comparing the research of several biology treating processes, the design uses the treating process which uses Carrousel oxidation ditch to remove the nitrogen and organic. Comparing to other processes, such as adsorption-biooxidation process,  activated sludge Sequencing Batch Reactor, deep well aeration, the Carrousel oxidation ditch has its unique advantages. High shock load capability, able to cope with large fluctuations in water quality and quantity; high sludge stability, and filamentous expansion does not occur. In addition, it has high vertical surface aerator power, good regulating performance, high efficiency of the average oxygen transfer, there is a strong mixing and shock load capacity. In the design, through the closure of a large grid suspended solids or floating debris; swirling vortex grit chamber is to use water to separate the silt and organic matter to speed up the sand in the sediment, in order to achieve grit objectives; oxidation ditch main role is to use the table exposed trench runoff generated as a driving force to promote the oxidation of liquid groove flow, thus effectively Degradation of organic pollutants, nitrogen removal at the time to achieve the purpose; radial flow secondary sedimentation tank's main role is to ensure the water quality of sewage treatment systems; sludge thickener main role is to reduce the remaining pollution soil moisture content, reducing the volume of sludge to facilitate the follow-up treatment.  In accordance with the established process, the design selects the process parameters of structures (including the grating, grit chamber cyclone, Carrousel  oxidation ditch, secondary sedimentation tank and sludge thickening tank) and calculates the main size, the hydraulic loss, select the diameter  and finished of Introduction of Design Process, Process Flow Diagram, Factory Layout and Main Monomer Structure Map. The design is technically feasible and economically reasonable. The project cost 42.00 million yuan, invest-ment  7.037  million yuan. Equivalent to the sewage treatment costs 0.39yuan/m3.The whole process designed can effectively save the project investments, reduce processing costs, reduce the space with a total investment of less stable, to ensure that emissions from waste-water reach the standard and it is a simple process. The treated wastewater is expected to achieve the B level of " pollutant discharge standards of urban sewage treatment plant " (GB8978-2002), that is: CODcr ≤ 60 mg / L; BOD5 ≤ 20mg / L; SS ≤ 20mg / L ; NH3-N ≤ 8mg / L; TN ≤20mg/L, r.  So that contaminated water can be greatly improved, to achieve the aim of elimination of pollution, protection of the environment and the purpose of the benefit of human being.  Keywords: Wastewater Treatment; Carrousel oxidation ditch; biological method; Nitrogen removal
