摘要:本设计为江苏高邮市赞化学校实验楼框架结构设计,首先根据建筑图纸,在此基础上按照需求修改,以及做一些调整,尽量修改合适。结构形式决定为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,楼顶屋盖采用钢架构网架。48722
然后确定梁板柱尺寸、混凝土强度及其钢筋等级,确定好材料尺寸后,使用PKPM软件,绘制结构平面布置图。
通过软件电算得到板配筋应力比等结果。计算一榀框架来的荷载,和PK文件中的一榀框架对比。完成了一榀框架的计算后,进行整体结构的设计,主要在SETWE里进行,并对周期比,位移比,轴压比这三个指标进行判断,由此断定计算结果是否满足。
在空间结构中绘制网架,确定网架样式,看最后结果文件的挠度和应力比是否满足。接下来JCCAD中绘制的柱下独立基础。
最后完成了梁板柱平法施工图、基础施工图及楼梯配筋图的绘制。

本项目为江苏高邮市赞化学校实验楼结构设计,为多层建筑结构,总建筑面积约5000平方米,采用框架结构体系。
根据设计要求,将实验楼分为五层,为层高3.9m。实验室的设计根据教室的使用功能为历史化学生物计算机音乐美术等实验室,人数较多的教室布置在采光良好的方向,教具间更衣室,厕所,教师休息室,楼梯布置在两侧,厕所分布在走廊的尽头。顶层为休息小花园,网架结构。
