摘要钢结构自重性 、承载力高,抗震性能好 ,地基要求低 .住宅采用钢结构时,由于钢结构的承载力高 ,在相同的荷载、相同的跨度 、相同的面积时,钢结构住宅比传统结构形式的住宅的重量要轻许多 ,自重较小.由于自重较轻,和混凝土结构或砌体结构相比,钢结构住宅的地震反应可同比减少 30.0%~40%,抗震性能优越 .
本次毕业设计的设计题目为万科地产小区钢结构住宅设计,建筑位于镇江郊区,层数5层。建筑平面考虑了家庭住宅的功能分区及各种功能房间之间的联系,房间的布置尽量满足其功能的需要,立面体现了现代建筑的风格;整体住宅体现了实用、经济的风格。51578
我的本次设计采用了选取住宅内一榀代表框架,进行荷载统计及构件选用、框架内力计算、构件验算、柱下独立基础设计,并参照钢结构规范验算各个构件及节点的承载力,最后画出各自相应的内力图及弯矩图。
本次设计采用了AutoCAD,PKPM等结构软件和Word、Excel等文档编辑软件。

Design the graduation design for Vanke Real estate residential steel structure residential design, the building is located in the suburbs of Zhenjiang, 5 floors. Considering the construction plane between functional areas and various function rooms family residential connections, the room layout to meet the needs of its function, the facade embodies the modern architectural style; the overall residential reflects the practical, economical style.
My this design using the selected a representative frame house, selection, load statistics and component framework, component checking calculation, foundation design, bearing capacity and reference standard steel structure of each component and the node, the final draw internal force diagram and bending moment diagram corresponding.
In the design, using AutoCAD, PKPM, Word, Excel, structure of the software and document editing software.
