摘要钢结构作为新兴的节能环保的建筑结构,有着极其广泛的发展前途。钢结构住宅在我国虽然起步晚,但发展势头良好,但在住宅建筑方面还是多采用钢混结构,钢结构住宅仍不是开发商的首选,由于其成本较钢混结构高出不少,所以并未得到青睐。钢结构优点十分明显,它环保不产生建筑垃圾,自重轻,强度高,抗震性能。但过高的成本也是其发展的一大阻力。当然再好的的东西也有其弊端。随着中国经济的不断发展,工业化水平的不断提高,钢结构在中国这一世界第一大市场里还是能有很大的作为的。51583
本次毕业设计的设计题目为恒大绿洲小区钢结构住宅设计,包括建筑、结构两方面的设计,建筑位于镇江市,为钢结构住宅,一层为车库,二-五层为住宅。承重体系为纵横向混合承重。建筑平面考虑了家庭住宅的功能分区及各种功能房间之间的联系,房间的布置尽量满足其功能的需要;立面设计体现了建筑物的现代风格。
对一榀框架进行内力设计,并对各构件进行验算。参照《钢结构设计规范》,对各节点进行了设计并验算。最后采用了独立基础设计。
在设计中,采用了AutoCAD,PKPM等结构软件和Word、Excel等文本编辑软件。并参照了《钢结构设计规范-GB50017-2003》,以及一些其他钢结构设计资料,对设计进行了补充和修改。

Along with China's economic development, improve the level of industrialization, steel structure in China ,the world's first big market can still have great action.
The graduation project is on multi-level residence steel structure of Evergrande oasis community. The project includes architectural design and structural design The first floor is used for garage .The residential district is from the second floor to the fifth floor ,and each floor is 3.0m height. The height of the building is totally 17.4m .The loading-bearing system mixes in length and breadth.The construction plane is designed taking function of different rooms into consideration. The stereo-design of building can reflect morder style.
The internal forces of a piece of frame are calculated. Each element has been checked. According to the 《structural steelwork design Standards》 ,the nodes are designed and checked. The project uses independent foundation.
In the design, such as structure used AutoCAD, pkpm software, and Word, and Excel software are used. According to the 《structural steelwork design Standards -GB50017-2003》, as well as some other structural steelwork information on the design, the design is supplemented and amended.
