摘要本设计桥名为张家港市锦绣路跨一干河桥,桥全长100米,宽11米,桥面净宽为净—9.00+0.75+2×0.25×2m,设计荷载为公路Ⅰ级。本设计是根据桥梁规范的要求,对锦绣路跨一干河桥进行设计的。
文中主要写了桥的设计和一些计算过程,首先是进行了方案的比选,确定采用预应力混凝土简支T形梁桥,跨径布置为4×25m,主梁T形梁,梁高为1.6m。然后对预应力混凝土简支T形梁桥进行了比较详细的计算,如截面设计、主梁作用效应计算、预应力钢束布置和预应力损失计算,并进行了主梁截面承载力与预应力验算、主梁变形验算、横隔梁的计算、行车道板的计算以及主梁端部的局部承压验算等等。本设计还对桥梁的下部结构进行了详细设计,包括墩柱盖梁以及桩基础的设计计算。52363

Abstract The design of the bridge is named Zhangjiagang City Jinxiu thousand River Bridge across the bridge length of 100 meters, width 11 meters, deck width is net -9.00 +0.75 +2 × 0.25 × 2m, the design load for the road grade Ⅰ. This design is based on the Ministry of Transportation requirements of today's latest specification of Jinxiu conducted across a dry river bridge scheme selection and design.
This paper mainly describes the design of the bridge and calculation procedures. The paper first for Alternatives to determine the use of prestressed concrete T-beam bridge span arrangement for the 4 × 25m, the main beam of variable cross-section T-beam, high beam is 1.6m. And for the selected prestressed concrete T-beam bridge for a detailed cross-sectional design, the main beam action effects calculated prestressing tendon layout and loss calculation, and carried out with prestressed girder section bearing checking , the main beam deformation check, diaphragms calculation, carriageways plate girder ends calculations and partial pressure checking and so on. The design of the substructure of the bridge also carried out a detailed design, including the pier cap beam and pile foundation design calculations.
