设计总说明:在钢筋混凝土建筑中,框架结构是一种常用的结构形式,传力明确,结构布置灵活、抗震性及整体性良好,目前已被广泛地应用于各类的多层的工业与民用建筑中。在合理的高度的情况下,框架结构能够满足多种使用功能的要求。本设计名称为贝迪医疗中心框架结构设计,位于上海市,结构型式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,地上四层,结构高度为15.55米。总建筑面积为2597.04平方米,建筑设计使用年限为50 年,耐火等级为二级,抗震设防烈度为7度。设计内容为现浇混凝土框架结构设计,包括结构方案的确定、结构的计算和绘制结构施工图。结构方案的确定是参考现有建筑图和地质资料,根据现行规范标准来选定梁、柱、板的截面尺寸、桩的类型、承台类型及尺寸、楼梯的类型等;该混凝土框架结构的计算是通过电算与手算相结合的方式进行计算,电算是利用PKPM软件和MORGAIN软件,PKPM是通过对建筑进行建模,输入荷载后进行结构计算,MORGAIN则是对一些结构构件进行尺寸设计及配筋计算;结构施工图是根据计算结果来绘制梁、板、柱配筋图、基础承台图以及楼梯详图等。57173

The Frame Structure of Brady Medical Center General Description of the Design: In reinforced concrete structures, the the frame structure is commonly used, it has a clear force transmission, flexible structure arrangement, good shock resistance and good integrity, and has been widely used in various types of multi-storey of industrial and civil buildings. In the case of a reasonable height, the frame structure can meet the requirements of a variety of functions. This is the frame structure design of Brady medical center. The structure is a cast-in-situ concrete frame structure, which is located in Shanghai and which is four floors on the ground and structural height is 15.55 meters. A total construction area is 2597.04 square meters. Building design service life is 50 years and fire-proof rank is secondary. The seismic intensity is 7 degrees. Design content is the structural design, including determination of structure scheme, structural calculations and structural construction design drawings. Determination of structure scheme is based on architecture diagram, geological data, specification standards to select the size of beams andcolumns, the thickness of concrete slabs, the type and size of piles and bases, the type of stairs etc. Structural calculation is according to the combination of computerized calculations and written calculations, and computerized calculations are using PKPM structure calculation software and MORGAIN calculation software. PKPM is based on the architectural model, and will calculate after the input loads, MORGAIN is calculation of design of size and reinforcement for concrete members. Structural construction design drawings are based on results to draw the drawing of beams, floors, columns, pile caps and the stairs detail etc.
