摘要 ：本工程为上海小区管理用房设计。项目的总建筑面积约5500m²，总长35m，共7层,两个电梯。针对本工程主要进行了建筑与结构设计。建筑设计方面：针对小区管理用房的使用功能，分别布置了办公室、会议室、资料室、保卫室、杂物间、开水房、厕所，并且完成了建筑总说明、正立面图、侧立面图、剖立面图、建筑平面图、楼梯详图的绘制。根据建筑物的使用要求，本设计采用框架结构。在结构设计方面，分别进行了PKPM建模、内力分析与组合、结构选型与布置、楼板设计、次梁设计、一榀框架设计、楼梯以及基础的设计，并且根据PKPM电算以及手算结果完成了结构平面布置图、梁平法配筋图、楼（屋）盖配筋图、柱平法施工图、桩位平面布置图、基础详图以及楼梯详图的绘制。 57347

In the structural design , modeling PKPM respectively , sap2000 internal force analysis, structure selection and layout, two-story floor design , the design of the secondary beam , one specimens of framework design , the design of the staircase as well as basic , and counted according to the PKPM power and hand count the results of completed structure floorplan Liangping France reinforcement plans , cover reinforcement diagram of the building ( house ) , column level method construction drawings , pile floor plan , foundation detail and staircase detail drawing .
