【摘要】：BIM全称建筑信息模型。对于日趋复杂的现代建筑而言，二维平面CAD图纸逐渐难以满足设计者的需求。因此近年来BIM技术应运而生并且逐渐成为大势所趋。本次设计为中通虹桥商务酒店基于BIM的建筑与结构模型构建。建筑模型根据已有的建筑施工图设计说明、各层平面施工图、施工立面图以及门窗详图、墙身详图来构建与施工图一致的建筑模型。结构模型根据结构设计师提供的结构布置图资料进行构建。此外完成组装后的模型的碰撞分析。协调总结碰撞技巧。然后，进行工程量分析。最后，完成BIM模型视频制作。57646

The technique of BIM Modeling and analysis and coordinate the collision between different specialty

Abstract:BIM stands for Building Information Modeling.For the increasingly complex modern architecture, the two-dimensional drawings can not meet the requirements of engineers.Therefore, in recent years, BIM technology emerged and gradually become a trend.This design is the BIM architectural and structural models of Zhongtong Hongqiao business hotel .The buliding model constructing is based on the Description of construction drawing design and construction drawing of all building plane and  details drawing of doors and windows and details drawing of wall.The structure model constructing is based on the scheme designed by structural designer .After that analysis and coordinate the collision of compositional model.And  than sum up the skills of  the collision .After that analysis the project amount .Finally ,complete the video of this BIM model.
