摘要：随着基础BIM的发展，整个建筑行业都可以从中获得更大的回报率，这归功于设计过程的整体化。这种做法使得项目信息价值以及项目团队的效率得到显著提升。相比之下，绘图过程和机算分析过程独立完成的建筑设计方式往往需要进行大量重复、繁琐的工作，这将导致信息在传递过程中有更多的出错和遗漏机会，人们必须通过增加工作量的方式来保证准确率。而BIM的根本在于一个或多个流程相辅而行，制造出一个信息丰富具备完善功能的建筑模型。这个模型将被用来进行工程的计算，分析，以及虚拟建设。这种方式将使团队成员更好的了解建设工程的周期并更顺畅的合作。61732

本次设计从居民住宅楼BIM建模的角度出发，详细阐述了工程使用的软件情况以及设计思路，着重从造价预算角度分析信息化建模所带来的益处。最后从图纸信息、手工算量与机算对比和最终的建设过程展示三个方面论述BIM技术在建设工程中的重要作用和相对于传统工程不可替代的优点。比如让人一目了然的项目施工顺序说明，避免因碰撞发生的设计更改、合理安排进度计划以节约成本和工期等。

Abstract: With the development of BIM, the construction industry can gain greater overall rate from the design process. Finally, draw a conclusion from the paper discusses, comparison of manual calculation and final comparison show that BIM technology plays an important role in the construction project and compared with the traditional engineering, BIM has irreplaceable advantages.
