摘要:本设计的上海顾村1号楼为18层剪力墙结构,总面积10000~12000 m²,建筑高度为53.40m(从室外地坪到屋面檐口)。本工程建筑耐久等级为二级,耐久年限为50年,抗震设防烈度为7度。该楼首层层高2.90m,其余层高均为2.90m。整楼长47.40m,共设楼梯2个,电梯2个。通过对设计依据、设计要求的分析,提出具体建筑方案并用AutoCAD绘制建筑图,在此基础上,提出并分析结构方案,从而按照设计规范进行选材与各个构件的选择进行确定。对此,各种计算将通过PKPM软件展开:首先载荷计算将针对楼面荷载、屋面荷载、活载、梁间荷载、梁自重和剪力墙自重等进行。其次,将通过morgain软件进行桩基和楼梯计算,这些计算将确定设计的详细尺寸以及对设计可靠性通过挠度和裂缝宽度等进行校核。最后,本设计的结构总信息、结构周期和振型以及结构位移将通过PKPM软件进行电算。最终通过Auto CAD确定整个设计的蓝图,并绘制详细的建筑图、剪力墙图、配筋图等,从而完成对整个科研楼的设计。63445

Structural design of Building 1, Gu village, Shanghai
Abstract: The design of the Shanghai Gu Village Building 1, 18 storey shear wall structure, the total area of 10000~12000 - m, building height of 53.40m (from the outdoor floor to the roof eaves). These calculations will determine the detailed dimensions of the design and check the reliability of the design through deflection and crack width. Finally, the total structure information, structural period, vibration mode and structural displacement of the design will be calculated by PKPM software. Finally through Auto CAD to determine the blueprint of the entire design, and draw detailed architectural drawings, shear wall, reinforcement map, so as to complete the design of the entire research building.
