设计总说明本次工程设计为瑞锦商业广场下层空调通风系统设计。商场的空调面积约14974.7m2,商场层数为地上3层,地下两层。一层到三层以大空间为主,一到三层夏季室内全热冷负荷分别为436387W、209575W和258446W,商场大空间需要集中进行温湿度的调节与控制,一般小空间须要独立调理与管制室内温湿度。70102

本次设计为瑞锦商业广场下层空调通风工程进行初步设计,我们正在努力建设满足舒适性要求的环境。此次空调系统设计采用一次回风全空气空调系统和风机盘管加新风系统。对于独立空间采用风机盘管+新风系统为主,占地面积小、便于独立调节:风机盘管暗装于吊顶内;新风不承担室内冷负荷,设置独立的新风系统。每层均设置新风机组,只承担室内新风负荷,吊顶安装。空调水系统采用具有不易污染、经济、节能等优势的闭式系统。对于空间较大一层至三层少数大空间采用全空气一次回风系统设计,来进行室内温度和湿度的调节与控制。

本设计内容包括:空调冷热负荷计算;空调系统的确定及论证;室内送风参数;空气处理设备的选型;冷热源的选择及设备选型;气流组织计算;水力计算;其他设备的选择;保温与防腐以及减振和消声等内容。

For the independent space, the fan coil tube + new wind system is the main, the area is small, facilitate the independent adjustment: the fan coil is concealed in the ceiling. New wind does not bear indoor cold load, set up independent new wind system. The new wind units are set on each floor, only with the new wind load and the ceiling mounting. The air-conditioned water system adopts the closed system which has the advantages of non-pollution, economy and energy saving. For the large space of a layer to three layer a few large space adopt whole air a return wind system design, To carry out indoor temperature and humidity conditioning and control. 

 The design includes: the calculation of the air conditioning load of the hot and cold air conditioning system to determine and prove that the indoor air supply parameters; the treatment facility air selection, the choice of cold and heat sources and the choice of objects; air flow, hydraulic calculation, selection calculation; And corrosion resistance and vibration and noise as well as other content.
