摘 要：我国在建设工程领域实行建设工程项目招投标制。招投标的核心是投标文件的编制。如何在激烈以及逐渐市场化规范化的投标市场中中标，投标文件的好坏是重要前提。基于以上背景，本次设计根据昆山市恒谷投资发展有限公司—邻里中心8#楼工程项目的设计图纸，主要编制了商务标部分。本商务标从企业自身水平出发，结合实际工程情况，并参考甲方提供的工程量清单及地质勘探报告，提供以工程量清单计价形式表现的投标报价。在本次编制投标报价的过程中，主要参考了《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价表》、《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》、《建筑与装饰工程技术与计价》等资料。通过对工程的工料分析，计算，从组织、技术、经济、合同与信息等方面挖掘潜力，根据图纸和清单计算规则编制出工程量清单。再计算出综合单价，得出总价。有效地控制造价和科学的管理造价，确保工程质量，不断降低工程成本。 78659

Abstract：In the field of construction project in construction project bidding system。 Bidding is the core of the preparation of tender documents。 How in the fierce and winning in the market gradually standardized bidding market, the stand or fall of the tender documents is an important premise。 Based on the above background, the design according to the valley of Kunshan city  investment development of neighborhood center 8 # building project design drawings, compiling the commercial part。 The business standard starting from their own level, combined with the actual engineering situation, and refer to the bill of quantities provided by party a and geological exploration report, provide to form the quantities bill valuation of tender offer。 In the process of the preparation of bid price quotations, mainly refer to the Jiangsu province construction and decoration engineering valuation table,construction project quantities list valuation specification, construction and decoration engineering technology and valuation, etc。 Through analyzing the engineering quantity calculation, from organization, technology, economy, contract and information mining potential, according to the drawings and list calculation rules of bill of quantities。 To calculate the comprehensive unit price, total price。 Effectively control cost and scientific management cost, ensure the engineering quality, continually reduce engineering cost。
