摘要科技资源是科技创新的重要组成部分，而科技创新是国家发展的驱动，因此大力发展科技资源服务平台的建设是促进国家发展、民族进步的重要途径。本文在技术创新理论、公共服务理论等理论的基础上，根据平台的共性特点总结出平台的主要构成部分及应用功能。然后根据对不同科技资源服务平台建设成功经验研究中，总结出一套可行性的平台运行模式，为平台可持续性发展提供了帮助。最后针对江苏的实例进行研究，总结出江苏在科技资源服务平台的建设方面的态度和措施，对平台建设过程中的问题进行总结并提出有效解决方案。86354

Research on the construction of Jiangsu science and technology resource service platform

abstract Science and technology resources are an important part of scientific and technological innovation, and technological innovation is the drive of national development, so it is an important way to promote national development and national progress to develop the service platform of scientific and technological resources。 Based on the theory of technological innovation and public service theory, this paper summarizes the main components and functions of the platform based on the common characteristics of the platform。 Then through the successful experience of the construction of different technology resources service platform, summed up a set of feasible platform operation mode, which provides the help for the sustainable development of the platform。 Finally in Jiangsu examples of research, summed up the Jiangsu in the construction of the service platform of scientific and technological resources of attitude and measures, also on platform construction process were summarized and put forward effective solutions。
