拉萨市城关区社区文化建设研究
摘要加强社区文化建设是推进和谐社区建设的重要举措，有利于增强社区居民的凝聚力和向心力，为建设文明社区和规范居民行为奠定了基础。如何根据社区实践加强文化建设就成为一个重要的研究课题。本文以拉萨市城关区为例进行探讨。在调研的基础上，分析了拉萨市城关区社区文化建设的现状，剖析其存在社区居民参与积极性不高、基础设施供给不足、社区特色文化打造不够等问题，根据社区文化建设的理论，提出了整合社区文化资源，打造社区特色文化、采取有效措施调动社区居民参与社区文化建设的积极性、加强专业人才队伍建设和加大投资力度等推进拉萨市城关区加强社区文化建设的对策建议。86451

Research on the Construction of Community Culture in Chengguan District of Lhasa City
abstract To strengthen construction of community culture is an important measure to promote the construction of a harmonious community, which is advantageous to enhancing the cohesion and solidarity of the community residents, laying the foundation for building a civilized community and regulating behavior of residents。 It’s an important research subject to find out how to strengthen cultural construction according to the practice of community。 The paper takes Chengguan district of Lhasa as an example。 On the basis of thorough investigation, the paper analyzes present situation of construction of community culture in Chengguan district of Lhasa city, main problems are found that low participation rate of the resisdents, inadequate supply of infrastructure and lack of the community featured culture, etc。。 According to the theory of construction of community culture , countermeasures to strengthen construction of community culture in Chengguan district of Lhasa city are put forward that community integrates cultural resources to build characteristics community, to take effective measures to mobilize community residents to participate in community culture construction and increase the intensity of investment etc。。
