摘要全球制造业的竞争日益激烈。为了提高企业的核心竞争力,企业的关注焦点已由尽量的降低成本向迅速的交货与有附加值的服务转移。我所供职的是捷普(无锡)电子有限公司,由于客户产品升级周期的不断缩短,生产的产品变得越来越多样化,产品的生产周期也越来越短,于是许多导致生产效率下降的问题暴露出来了。现在,我们最现实的问题就是如何满足不断提升的客户需求。因此,本论文详细分析了我公司IBM项目的生产线现状,如:生产线各段工时严重不均衡 ,生产线的物料搬运存在浪费,工位的操作动作存在浪费等,进行了原因分析。为改善现状,我们通过动作经济原则重新改善每道工序的操作体系,并通过5W1H及ECRS技术优化组合各个站位的工序组合。通过本文所述之研究分析,IBM项目组的每个工位的负荷变得均衡,生产线平衡得到了大幅提升,产能自然有所提高。86773

The application of the principle of motion economy in a certain enterprise
Abstract The global manufacturing industry is becoming more and more competitive。 In order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, the focus of the enterprise has been transfer from reduce the cost to the rapid delivery with the added value of the service。 I worked at Jabil Electronics (Wuxi) Co。, Ltd。, due to the customer product upgrade cycle has become shorter and shorter, the production of products becomes more and more perse, the production cycle of the products is more and more short。 As a result, many leading to decline in production efficiency problems exposed。 Now, our most realistic problem is how to meet the needs of the continuous improvement of the customer。 Therefore, this paper detailed analysis of the project of the IBM company production line situation, such as: unbalanced production line sections of the working hours, production line of material handling waste, there is station operation waste。 By cause analysis, we through the principles of motion economy to improve each process of operation system, and through 5W1H and ECRs optimization process combination of combination of each station to improve the situation。 By the research and analysis of this paper, the load of each station of the IBM project group becomes balanced, the balance of the production line has been greatly improved, and the production capacity has been improved naturally。
