Study on the effectiveness of recruitment of Zheng He Real Estate Company
Abstract Recruitment is an important part of human resource management,and it is an important guarantee for the organization to achieve its objectives。 Based on the basic theory of human resource management,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the real estate company in the recruitment process,and makes a comprehensive study on the effective recruitment system of the employees。 This paper firstly expounds the basic theory of human resources management and personnel recruitment,and emphasizes the importance of recruitment in human resource management。 Summarizes the human resources planning and job analysis is the premise of effective recruitment。 And from the recruitment of human resources prediction,the development of a reasonable team of the aspects of the recruitment system is analyzed。 The analysis of the recruitment system to improve the existing real estate company's existing recruitment system,so that the company's recruitment more targeted。
