摘要随着世界经济的发展，人们的生活水平也随之上升，旅游业开始兴起，但传统的旅游已经无法满足人们的需求，而生态旅游的出现恰巧改变了这种局面。所谓的生态旅游就是人们在不破坏自然的情况下在某一资源丰富并且生态环境良好的区域进行的旅游活动。西藏自治区地处我国的西南边陲，地形地貌复杂多样，动植物资源丰富，是少数名族聚居的地方，具有独特的人文景观。西藏可以利用自己的资源优势大力发展生态旅游，在发展的同时避免生态遭到破坏，这时政府的行为具有举足轻重的作用。虽然西藏的生态旅游有着较快的发展，但在发展的过程中，政府采取的态度、扮演的角色并且其依靠的理论依据等一直是西藏生态旅游发展的一个大课题。本课题研究了西藏自治区生态旅游发展中的政府行为，使用了资料查阅和比较分析法，更加全面的分析政府行为。第二章主要是相关概念与基础理论，根据相关的理论概念分析政府的哪些行为对生态旅游有影响。第三章是西藏生态旅游的发展，概述了西藏生态旅游发展的现状与发展生态旅游的原因。第四章是西藏生态旅游的发展，主要阐述了发展现状、存在的问题、产生问题的原因。第六章对西藏生态旅游的发展给了一些建议。希望西藏生态旅游的发展能从这一课题中得到一点帮助。 87621

Title      The development of ecological tourism in Tibet  Autonomous Region Government behavior research                             

Abstract  With the development of the world economy, people's living standards have also increased, and the emergence of eco-tourism happened to change this situation。The so-called eco-tourism is that people do not destroy the natural environment in a resource rich and good ecological environment in the area of tourism activities。Tibet Autonomous Region is located in China's southwest border, complex and perse topography, plants rich in resources, is inhabited by the ethnic minorities, with a unique cultural landscape。 Tibet can use their own advantages in resources to develop ecological tourism,  then the behavior of the government is an important role。This paper studies the development of the Tibet autonomous region of the government behavior, the use of literature review and comparative analysis, a more comprehensive analysis of government。Chapter II is related concepts and basic theory, by way of the new public management theory analysis of the government behavior。 The third chapter is the relationship between ecological tourism and government behavior, and outlines the government in ecological tourism play what kind of role, what kind of role。 Chapter four is the development of ecological tourism in Tibet, mainly on the development of the status quo, problems, causes of problems。 In chapter six, the development of ecological tourism in Tibet to some suggestions。 I hope this thesis can offer help for the development of ecological tourism in Tibet From+优|尔-论_文W网wWw.YouErw.com 加QQ752018.766
