摘要电子商务行业蓬勃发展,越来越多的电子商务企业对培训工作的越来越重视,如何提高培训效果,如何将培训中所掌握的知识和技能转移到实际工作中,是进行培训的最终目的,成为了目前培训领域研究的焦点。89350
本研究是采用了文献调查和问卷研究相结合的方式,想通过查阅相关文献,了解前人所研究的培训效果转移的研究的模型,结合电商企业的特点将模型进行修改,得出电商企业培训效果转移的影响因素的模型,然后对所在的实习电商公司进行问卷调查,以建立培训效果转移影响因素的假设模型。在数据分析方面,进行了有效性、可靠性、相关性和回归分析,最终验证假设并得出了结论,并依据所得出的结论给实习公司提出培训体系建立的建议。
Abstract:E-commerce industry booming development, more and more e-commerce enterprises pay more and more attention to for the work of training, how to improve the training effect, how to training in the knowledge and skills to practice, is the ultimate goal of training, become the focus of the current training field research。
This study is to use a combination of the literature investigation and questionnaire research, think through consulting relevant literature, understand the training effect in the study of transfer by the forefathers' research model, combined with the characteristics of the electric business enterprise the model modified, it is concluded that electricity transfer model of the influence factors of enterprise training effect, and then a questionnaire survey was conducted for the internship electricity company, to establish a training effect transfer hypothesis model of influencing factors。 In terms of data analysis, the validity, reliability, correlation and regression analysis, finally validate assumptions and reached the conclusion, and on the basis of the conclusion to the internship company puts forward Suggestions for the training system set up。
