摘要随着工程造价改革的深入推进，为了让全行业准确的把握改革方向，理解改革精 神，保证改革成效，《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》规定“全部使用国有资金（含 国家融资资金）投资或国有投资为主的工程建设项目应执行工程量清单计价方式确定 和计算工程量。”在未来，为了适应市场需要，符合社会zhuyi市场经济，工程量清单 计价的应用范围会越来越广。这是选此作为毕业设计的原因。这份毕业设计制作了一 份工程量清单，一份投标控制价，一份招标工程量清单。在编制过程中的种种心得体 会，也写成了一篇简析招标控制价的论文。在编制清单过程中，对江苏省计价定额和 计价清单有了一定的了解，对工程识图有了一定的认识，巩固了大学中学习的知识。 论文则对招标控制价有助于建筑行业发展与其优点进行了分析，并简述了编制过程中 的问题及注意事项。84963
