摘  要施工组织设计作为指导施工全过程各项活动的技术经济纲领性文件, 是施工技术与施工项目管理有机结合的产物, 它不仅是工程开工后施工活动能有序、高效、科学合理进行的保证; 而且它在建设工程招投标阶段起着重要作用, 同时它也直接影响着工程造价。87106

本设计是世纪商办楼施工组织设计。该项目工程位于镇江市南徐大道与九华山路交叉口西南角，总建筑面积28520㎡，建筑总高度31。60m。该建筑结构类型为钢筋混凝土框架结构。设计主要内容工程概况及总目标，施工部署及准备，进度计划安排，土建施工方案，工期目标的保证措施，质量目标保证措施，季节性施工措施等内容。本施工组织设计严格按照招标文件的规定和设计图纸、房屋建筑施工规范的要求，具备科学性、适用性和针对性等优点。

通过本次毕业设计，将大学四年所学专业知识融会贯通，培养自己综合应用能力、分析解决工程实际问题能力和创新精神，为未来工作奠定基础。

Abstract Construction organization design ,as a programmatic document of technological economy to guide activities of the whole construction process, is the results of organic combination of construction technology and construction project management。 It is not only the guarantee of orderly, efficient, scientific and reasonable construction activities after the beginning of project, but also it plays an important role in bidding stage of project construction, and it directly affects construction costs。

This design is century commercial building’s construction organization plan。 The project is located in the southwest intersection of Nan Xu Road and Jiuhuashan Road of ZhenJiang, total construction area of 28520 square meters, total construction height of 31。60m。 The structure type of this building is reinforced concrete frame structures。 Main contents of design includes project profile and overall objective, construction arrangement and preparation, implementation schedule, civil construction scheme, safeguard measure for constructing aims, safeguard measure for quality objective, seasonal construction measures and so on。 This construction organization design in strict accordance with the bidding document’s specifications and meet requirements of design drawings and building construction’s construction specification, with scientificity, applicability, pertinence and other advantages。

Through this graduation design, I had digested specialized knowledge learned in four-year university, to develop my own comprehensive applied ability, ability to solve and analyze engineering practical problems and innovative spirit, laying the foundation for future work。
