摘要本工程的设计是关于镇江东风公司1号厂房的结构设计,结构方案选型为门式刚架,主要任务是进行结构方案的设计以及对整个门式刚架厂房各构件的荷载计算。首先要求得厂房上所有可能出现的荷载的标准值和设计值,然后将恒载,活载,风载以及多种情况下的吊车荷载情况进行整合,进行内力组合,绘制出相应的内力图,包括弯矩图,剪力图以及轴力图,找出组合中最不利的一项进行刚架的水平位移验算,并验算各构件的稳定性(整体和局部),强度等参数是否满足要求,在此基础上再进行次构件的设计以及吊车梁和基础的计算。最后绘制结构图。87105
本次设计依照钢结构设计规范,选择双跨双坡门式刚架结构可以实现结构简单,对称和受力均匀,便于计算和立面处理。对结构布置进行设计,确定柱网布置图,再通过内力计算参考钢结构设计原理,确定梁、柱截面的最终尺寸;通过钢结构设计原理及设计规范对各细部构件进行设计。对主要构件进行计算。
