摘要目的:通过调查嘉兴市居民家庭医生式服务认知与态度的现状,分析其主要影响因素,为提高嘉兴市居民家庭医生式服务的认知与态度提出积极性建议。方法:通过随机抽样的方法,对嘉兴市1240位居民进行调查。利用描述性分析、卡方检验和logistic回归分析对样本数据进行统计分析。结果:本次调查共发放问卷1240份,回收有效问卷1231份,有效回收率为99。3%。1。认知:39%的居民对家庭医生的选择无学历要求;96。5%的居民认为家庭医生应该经过规范化培训; 服务内容(前五位)分别是 “有健康问题能够随时咨询家庭医生”、“有健康需求时能够及时得到回复”、“帮助预约转诊上级医院”、“对空巢、行动不便的人提供上门服务”、“每年健康体检一次”;服务收费:40。4%的居民认为政府来承担公共卫生服务承担费用,37。5%的居民认为由政府、居民、个人三方承担基本医疗服务费用。2。态度:通过分析发现,家庭人均月收入较低的、患有慢性病的、每年在门诊花费总金额较低的、步行至社区卫生服务机构的时间较短的居民对家庭医生式服务有积极的态度。结论:居民对家庭医生式服务的认知与态度有待提高。对由此提出以下建议:加大宣传力度,充实服务内容;严控家庭医生上岗资格,加强规范化培训;完善政策法规,保障居民就医。89393
