摘要:智能终端已成为高科技时代的代表,正不断占领着旅游市场。旅游APP的开发顺应时代发展潮流,满足了当代旅游者个性化、多元化的旅游需求。将手机APP作为媒体传播手段,对古镇特色文化进行宣传与推广,可为古镇带来良好的经济收益与社会效益。文章从MVP最小化可行产品理论入手,综合运用用户痛点分析法、解决方案设计法与天使用户验证法,归纳总结出旅游APP用户的痛点,并以彝人古镇为例,设计出古镇APP的内容,在解决用户痛点问题的基础上,为古镇旅游APP开发团队提供一些理论依据,同时推动古镇旅游繁荣发展。94138

Abstract:The smart terminals who has become the representative of high-tech era , is occupying the tourist market unceasingly 。 The exploitation of tourist APP not only keeps with the trend of the time , but also satisfies the personalized and persified travel demand of contemporary tourists 。 Taking mobile APP as the media communication means , broadcasting and promoting the characteristic culture of ancient town , could bring both economic and social benefits to it 。 This article begins from the Minimized Viable Product theory , applying the user-pain-point analysis method , the designed solution method and the angel-user verification method , summarizes users’ pain point of the tourist APP 。 Besides , it took the ancient town of Yi people as an example , then designs the context of the ancient town APP 。 On the basis of handling the pain-point problems , it not only provides some theoretical foundation for the APP development team , but also promote the prosperity and development of the ancient town’s tourism 。

近年来,以移动互联网为载体的旅游模式发展迅速,衍生出了新的产品形态、生产方式和消费模式,为旅游业带来了巨大的经济收益与社会效益。随着信息技术的不断进步,对信息搜索、整合和传递的效率不断提高,移动终端逐渐占领市场份额。基于生活、工作等社会的压力,越来越多的人们喜欢“说走就走的旅行”。旅游APP方便、快捷,有针对性,从而深受散客群体和自助游客的喜爱[1]。旅游类APP不但满足了旅游者的信息需求,而且为旅游目的地的营销、服务、管理提供了新思路。论文网
