摘要:随着市场经济的不断发展与愈加完善,供应商管理逐渐在企业管理中占据了极为重要的地位,并已然成为表现企业战略能力的一个重要方面。而作为供应商管理中的重要一环,供应商评级选择的优秀与否也直接决定了企业供应商管理的成功与否。所以,在如今的市场环境中,企业能否把握市场,占据市场,取决于能否把握并培养优秀的供应商。
本文以得力集团供应商评价为例,对制造企业供应商评价进行了系统研究。从得力集团纸品采购部的现状及存在问题入手,在供应商分类,供应商评价选择方法,供应商评价指标等方面进行分析论述,重新确定供应商评价选择流程,供应商评价指标,并围绕绩效方程式:供应商绩效=供应商能力×供应商积极性,从能力与积极性两方面进行供应商综合等级的评价。
