摘要:现代社会以多品种、中小批量生产为主导,大批量的生产方式难以满足各个企业生产的需要,常规流水线生产的组织形式必须加以变革,单元化流水线的设置就是一种新兴的、有着未来发展前景的生产组织方式。本文的内容主要是多产品流水线的平衡与改善,以S电器公司油烟机的装配线为改善目标,通过较长时间的现场观察及分析,发现产线上存在了大量问题,有劳动力浪费、在制品库存较多、搬运路线交叉复杂和流水线不平衡等问题。针对这些问题,发现产生的原因是生产组织方式不合理、流水线布局不合理。根据这些原因,本文综合运用PQ分析、作业优先图、矩阵搜索法、相关图得分法等相关理论和方法,以高生产效率为目标,从单元生产可行性分析、作业优先顺序的制定、工作地的划分、单元流水线的布局四个方面提出了相应的设计与改善方案。根据研究结果,单元流水线的设计减少了劳动力的浪费,而且人均产能得到提升,提高了企业的生产效率。

Research on balance and improvement of multi product assembly line based on cell production
Abstract:In modern society, with many varieties, small batch production is dominant, the pattern of mass production is difficult to meet the needs of each enterprise production, production organization form should be reformed, unit production line is set up a new production organization, there are prospects for future development. The main content of this paper is to balance and improvement the multi product assembly line, assembly line in s Electric Company lampblack machine to improve the target, through field observation and analysis for a long time, there are a lot of problems found in the production line, labor waste, inventory handling more complex and cross line line imbalance and other issues. To solve these problems, that is the cause of production the organization is not reasonable, the pipeline layout is not reasonable. According to these reasons, this paper uses PQ analysis, operation precedence graph, matrix search method, correlation map score method etc. The theory and method, with high production efficiency as the goal, from the analysis of unit production feasibility, work priorities, pision of work, put forward the corresponding improvement plan and design four aspects of unit of the pipeline layout. According to the research results, the design reduces the waste of labor unit pipeline, and the per capita productivity obtained upgrade, improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.
