摘要随着改革开放的不断深入,我国的建筑行业得到了持续健康快速的发展,建筑行业在我国的国民经济中的地位不断的加强,拉动了我国的国民经济。随着我国的市场经济的发展,建筑企业面临这越来越激烈的竞争。为了适应当下的形势,建筑施工企业要把工程进度控制和网络优化向正规化和规范化迈进,建筑企业应采用科学的方法加强对成本进度质量的控制和对网络优化的研究,以增强建筑企业的核心竞争力。本文就工程的进度控制及网络优化在建筑工程中的应用作了如下几方面的研究:51660
工程进度控制中的工序控制:在实际工程中,进度的控制往往影响着整个工程项目的进行,而在进行有效的进度控制,首先必须做好工序的控制,把握各个工序的联系,在进行进度管理的时候能够及时的发现各个工序的漏洞,压缩可节约的时间,调整各个工序的主次先后,从而真正的实现进度控制。
网络优化中工序依赖关系:在实际网络计划中,工序之间的依赖关系不仅仅是只有逻辑关系,还有并行和串接之间存在的依赖性和相关性,这些关系在一定的环境条件下将会对整个网络计划的合理性和可行性起着决定性的影响,所以网络优化的重心将会是对工序的依赖性和相关性的研究。
网络计划的优化和工程进度控制的动态控制:任何的计划都只是有固定的时间表,不过随着时间的发展和工程的不断展开深入,进行不断的进度动态控制是很有必要的,同时也是很及时的。而此时的网络优化又为动态调整提供了更为有利的依据,根据实际工程中的问题和缺陷,进行适时的计划优化。
所以,在现代工程的建设中,工程进度的控制和网络计划的优化都是必不可少的,只有我们充分的了解了工程的特性,我们才能把握工程中的很多具体的问题,做出正确的进度控制和有效的网络优化。
