摘要：本论文概述了本次选题的目的、背景与意义，并列出了如今我国的建筑施工安全管理现状以及发展趋势。接下来，对具体建筑施工现场——松江中山街道12号地块商住项目进行简要的概述，并结合2013年的建筑施工伤亡事故统计，进行分析，找出建筑施工中事故发生的规律和特征。另外对松江中山街道12号地块商住项目进行危险源辨识，并对这些数据进行分析、处理，从而找出影响建筑施工安全事故的主要事故安全隐患，对事故隐患和事故发生规律的分析，并结合建筑施工现场的施工特点和施工环境，针对建筑施工现场的特殊环境，制定相应的安全对策，并从安全管理和技术措施这两个方面对事故隐患进行了安全对策研究和事故预防，结合现有措施，提出自己创新对策。58084

Next, the specific construction site, Zhongshan street, Songjiang No. 12 plots commercial and residential projects are briefly, and combined with the 2013 construction casualty accident statistics, to carry on the analysis, find the rules and characteristics of construction accident. In addition to Songjiang Zhongshan Street No. 12 plots of commercial and residential projects of hazard source identification, and carries on the analysis to these data, processing, so as to find out the influence of the construction work safety accident of major accident potential safety problems, hidden dangers of accidents and incidents Regularity analysis, combined with construction site construction characteristics and construction environment, the special environment in view of the construction site, formulate corresponding safety measures, and from the two aspects of safety technology and management measures to the accident hidden danger of safety measures and accident pre plates, combined with the existing measures, own innovation countermeasure is put forward.
