摘要:互联网电视(OTT)作为“互联网+”中最具代表性的产物,其发展呈现了爆发式的增长。在经历了2015年行业的阵痛之后,优朋普乐迅速在OTT行业里崭露头角,收到了天价的广告合约,然而其闪光的同时,也发现了不少的营销上的问题,这是本文研究的目的。61902
本文试图从营销学的角度,对互联网电视行业现状以及优朋普乐公司的概况做了简单介绍,再以SWOT分析为主要研究方法,对其优势、劣势、机会以及威胁进行了详细的分析,并且从用户需求出发提出了个性化的营销战略。
笔者认为优朋普乐具有很大的上升空间,但仍然需要完善其现有的业务,增加与用户之间的沟通,并且将目光投向未来市场。相信在不久的将来,优朋普乐能够带领行业走向繁荣昌盛。

Marketing Strategy of Voole’s OTT business
Abstract: Over The Top TV (OTT TV) acts as the most representative product of ‘Internet+’; whilst its development presents the explosive growth. After experiencing the pain of industry in 2015, Voole rapidly emerged and developed in the OTT industry, receiving the sky-high advertising contracts. However, there are many problems in the Voole marketing, which motivate the aim of this report. The report analyzed these problems, proposed solutions and recommendations.
The author believes the background of Voole and the status quo of industry research from the perspective of marketing. Further, SWOT analysis was used as the main research methodology. The report analyzed Voole’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats in detail, while it proposed a personalized Marketing strategy to meet user’s satisfaction.
The author believes that Voole has a large space to rise by improving its existing business, enhancing communication with users, and putting emphasis on the future market. In the near future, Voole could lead the industry to prosperity
