新疆生态区棉花种植的生态补偿机制研究
摘要：生态环境被认为是人类得以生活的基本条件、发展经济的基础以及社会经济发展的 点击数。环境的“弱不禁风”，是新疆环境的真实写照，同时因为环境的脆弱使得我国的 各项发展得到限制。在新疆，少数民族聚居区、生态脆弱区和敏感生态区相重合，这就致 使了新疆发展经济与保护环境、改善重点生态功能区的路程困难重重。为了让本地区的经 济得到绿色发展，就应解决生态保护和经济发展这一对立问题，就迫切的需要政府建立和 完善生态补偿机制，同时也是建设生态文明的新疆固有的反映现实，是一个重要的问题在 第“十二个五年”后在新疆得到解决的问题。本篇文章主要在关于生态补偿机制在新疆的 进一步完备和实地推广提出一些措施，保障生态补偿机制的有效运行，发展经济和环境保 护之间的互动发展，并促进区域全面的、协调的可持续的发展和绿色发展。66275
