摘要城镇化是现代化的必经之路，改革开放以来，小城镇发展推动下的城镇化更是中国现代化进程中的重要体现。2013年，中央经济会议正式提出走以人为核心、城乡一体、产城一体、节约集约的新型城镇化建设道路。本文鉴于此大背景下，选取苏中地区新兴的长三角城市泰州市作为研究对象，对目前泰州市小城镇的发展现状进行定量和定性分析，探究到小城镇发展过程中的主要存在问题是小城镇地区发展差异大、缺少产业支撑、镇级财政收入低，并根据新型城镇化的特点和要求，对促进其小城镇的发展提出要差别化发展小城镇、积极推进农业产业化、规范小城镇的建设和管理，并根据新型城镇化的要求发展绿色低碳城镇。 67294

Study on the Development of Towns in Taizhou under the New-Type Urbanization

Abstract

Urbanization is the way to modernization, reform and opening up, and development driven by urbanization of small towns are important in the process of China's modernization. In 2013, the Central Economic Conference formally human-centred, integrated urban-rural, city one, economical and intensive urbanization of the new road-building. This article in view of this background, select areas emerging in the Yangtze River Delta cities in Central Jiangsu Taizhou city as object of study the current quantitative and qualitative analysis of the development of small cities and towns in Taizhou city, explore the problems in the development of small cities and towns. Mainly small towns development, lack of industry support, single sources of inputs and other issues, and according to the characteristics and requirements of the new town, to promote the development of small cities and towns to differential development of small towns, actively recommended specification for agricultural industrialization, construction and management of small cities and towns, and according to the demand of new town development of green low-carbon town.
