摘 要：非物质文化遗产是非常宝贵的旅游资源，合理地处理好旅游开发和非物质文化遗产保护的关系至关重要。非物质文化遗产保护与旅游业发展可以实现互动，本文作者以淮安为例分析，淮安非物质文化遗产丰富，应该将遗产保护与旅游产业化结合，实现非遗保护与旅游开发良性互动，提高淮安旅游业的核心竞争力。此外，淮安还应该通过建立良好的工作机制、建立良好的基层文化机构、打造专业化工作队伍以及加强宣传教育工作、营造良好社会氛围的措施来加强保护。69676

Abstract： Intangible cultural heritage is a very precious tourist resource, properly handle the relationship of tourism development and intangible cultural heritage protection is essential. Because it can realize the interaction, the author take huaian as an example to analyze, huaian has so much intangible cultural heritage, and heritage protection should be combined with tourism industrialization, promote the interaction between the intangible cultural heritage protection and tourism development, improve the huaian the core competitiveness of tourism. In addition, the huaian also should through the establishment of good working mechanism, build good cultural institutions at the grass-roots level, create professional work team, and strengthen publicity and education work, create a good social atmosphere of measures to strengthen protection.
