摘要随着城市化的迅速发展,城市土地资源愈加紧缺,城市用地扩张已经成了必 然趋势。由于没有科学的理论指导,很多地方盲目扩大城市用地给生态环境造成 了很大的影响,城市规划不合理也降低了土地资源的利用效率。为了保证城市经 济与生态环境的和谐发展,城市用地扩张就要在科学的理论指导下进行,土地生 态适宜性评价可以为城市科学的扩张用地提供有力的支持。70808

城市用地扩张生态适宜性能够根据各地区土地开发潜力和承载能力的不同, 对城市各地区做出生态适宜性评价,并根据各地区城市用地扩张生态适宜性评价 结果,对城市用地进行合理的规划。

本文在结合城市用地扩张生态适宜性评价的理论基础上,以南京六合区为

例,通过土地信息系统技术和遥感技术,先选取城市用地扩张生态适宜性评价主 要的影响因子,并通过层次分析法确定因子的权重。然后利用 GIS 技术的空间 分析功能对该地区用地扩张生态适宜度进行分析,并给出城市规划对策和建议。 研究结果显示,该地区城市用地扩张生态适宜性评价适宜级别的占六合区总面积 的 46.33%;较适宜的占 38.64%;较不适宜的占 12.33%;不适宜的占 2.70%。

Study on Ecological Suitability Assessment for Urban Land Expansion in Developed Area: A Case Study of Liuhe

Abstract Rapid urbanization has caused the cities' soil resource to become more and more straining, making it inevitable to expand urban land use. The blind expansion of city construction land will cause the low efficiency of land use, urban construction land is not coordination, it is not only a waste of scarce land resources, but also damage the ecological environment of the city. With the structure and layout is reasonable or not essential for sustainable use of land of city construction, through the study of change on the spatial dynamic, we can understand more about the reasons and rules of city expansion, the planning of scientific and reasonable, has important practical significance to promote sustainable development in geography space.

Land ecological assessment is to assess the suitability of soil according to different land use on the basis of natural and ecological factors and based on the relative potential and capacity of soil, which can provide an appropriate way of land partition so as to ensure the urban land expansion going scientifically.

Base on analysis and summarizes the theories about urban constructive land suitability evaluation, This article discusses the method of urban constructive land ecologic suitability evaluation supported with GIS. As the result, the area  were pided into 4 levels, and the percentage of the suitable land, moderately suitable land, not suitable land and permanently not suitable land are 46.33%, 38.64%, 12.33%, 2.70% respectively.
