摘要:近年来对工作-家庭关系的研究关注点不仅仅只在工作-家庭冲突上,而且越来越倾向于研究工作和家庭的之间的相互积极作用。而工作-家庭融合代表的正是一种全面解决工作-家庭关系问题的机制。本研究主要以新生代员工为主要调查目标,重点研究工作-家庭融合对新生代员工的工作-家庭关系的内在作用机理,验证工作-家庭融合与新生代工作-家庭关系的影响并提出应对策略。本研究采取实地访谈和问卷调查的研究方法,研究发现:工作-家庭融合对新生代员工工作-家庭冲突、家庭-工作冲突显著正相关,而对新生代员工与工作-家庭促进、家庭-工作促进均无显著关系。并在此基础上从组织、家庭、个人三方面提出了应对策略。71015

The influence of work family integration on the work family relationship of the new generation employees
Abstract:In recent years, the research focus of work family relationship is not only in the work family conflict, but also more and more inclined to study the positive interaction between work and family. The work family integration represents a mechanism to comprehensively solve the work family relationship problem. This study is based on the new generation of employees as the main research objectives, focus on the internal mechanism of work family integration of the new generation of employees work family relation, to verify the influence of work family integration with the new generation of work family relation and put forward coping strategies.
