摘要土壤微生物是土壤中不可或缺的因子,是土壤肥力和林地生态环境的重要评价指标,对生态体系的复原有着决定性的作用。本文选取庐山的灌丛、常绿阔叶林、落叶阔叶林、常绿-落叶阔叶混交林、马尾松林、针阔混交林、玉山竹林、黄山松林等8种不同林地,将土壤分为0~20cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm三个层次,测定不同林地不同土层内细菌、真菌、放线菌的数量。结果表明:(1)不同林地土壤微生物总数量从高到低排列顺序为:玉山竹林>常绿阔叶林>常绿-落叶阔叶混交林>落叶阔叶林>灌丛>针阔混交林>黄山松林>马尾松林,玉山竹林土壤微生物总数量比所研究的其他林地微生物总数多,马尾松林微生物总数少;同种林地类型中,土壤细菌数量比真菌和放线菌多。(2)土壤微生物数量与土壤深度有关,0~20cm土层微生物数量最高,40~60 cm土层最低。在所研究的三个土层中,土层深度增加,微生物数量变少,且变化幅度较大。72925

Research on Quantitative characteristics and spatial pattern of microorganisms in different forest lands in Lushan Mountain
Abstract Soil microorganism is an indispensable factor in the soil, it is an important evaluation standard of soil fertility and forest land ecological environment, and plays a decisive role in the restoration of the ecological system。 This paper selects 8 vegetation types of the Lushan Mountain ,including shrubs, evergreen broad-leaved forest, deciduous broad-leaved forest evergreen, deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest, Pinus massoniana forest,coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest, Yushan forest, Pinus taiwanensis forest 。There are 3 soil layersis ,namely, 0 ~ 20cm layer, 20 ~ 40 cm layer, 40 ~ 60 cm layer。 The number of soil bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes in different soil layer of different forest can be calculated。 The results show that (1) the order of the total number of soil microorganism in different forest from high to low: Yushan forest > evergreen broadleaved forest > evergreen and deciduous broadleaved mixed forest > deciduous broad-leaved forest > shrub > coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest > Huangshan pine > Pinus massoniana。 The total number of soil microorganisms in Yushan bamboo is highest however, in Masson Pine forest, the lowest。 In the same forest types, the number of soil bacteria is higher than that of fungi and actinomycetes。 (2) the number of soil microorganism was related to soil depth,and the number of soil microorganism was the highest in 0 ~ 20cm soil layer, and the lowest in 40 ~ 60 cm layer。 In the three soil layers, the soil depth increases, the number of microorganisms smaller, and the variation range is large。
