摘要水是生命之源，所有生命都离不开水。同时我国的水资源十分缺乏，这直接影响了社会的可持续发展。为了保护水资源，本文仅已江苏省的张家港市为例对水资源的保护作出规划研究。张家港近年来经济迅猛发展，导致水资源被严重破坏，已经严重影响了当地人的生活质量。为了解决这一问题。提出了以下几个方面。1·了解水资源保护的内涵，重要性，主要的目标，原则，方法，这能为保护水资源提供理论基础。2·了解张家港本地的水环境情况和河流污染情况，来对症下药3。·从污染源头入手，找出源头，并找出方法加以抑制。本论文主要研究如何减少这方面的各类重污染企业的污染排放，来促进我国经济发展具有重要意义。73876
