摘  要：水生态文明建设是未来新时代发展的一种趋势，从长远的发展大局考虑，为以后的发展做好铺垫。淮安市2014年被列为全国第二批水生态文明城市建设试点市，随之淮安市把水生态文明建设列为重点工作，启动水资源整治工程。文章对水生态文明的内涵进行叙述，并提出淮安市水资源存在的问题，通过数据统计分析，研究了淮安市水资源现状，并通过数据的分析结果提出了淮安市水生态文明建设的对策建议。加快淮安市水生态文明建设的步伐，促进淮安市的可持续发展，共建淮安市美好的未来。76721

Abstract：Water ecological civilization construction is a trend of the future development of the new era, from the long-term development of the overall consideration for the future development of good bedding。 Huaian City in 2014 was listed as the second batch of national water ecological civilization city construction pilot city, followed by Huaian City,the water ecological civilization construction as the focus of work, start the water resources renovation project。 In this paper, the connotation of water ecological civilization is expounded,and puts forward the problems of water resources in Huaian City, through the statistical data and analysis of the present situation of the water resources in Huaian City。 Through the analysis of the data results are presented for the countermeasure and suggestion of Huaian City, water ecology civilization construction。 To speed up the pace of the construction of ecological civilization in Huaian City, promote the sustainable development of human and nature in Huaian City, and build a better future of Huaian。

1 引言

近些年的中国发展，给环境带来很多的问题。之前片面的发展经济，带来了很多的城市问题，人类生存的环境面临了很大的威胁。水资源污染严重，水资源浪费等问题普遍存在，水生态系统遭到破坏。水资源在人们的日常生活中是很重要的，应保护好水资源，保证供水的安全。水生态文明建设就是要实现经济社会的和谐发展，保证水生态系统的健康发展。
