摘要：随着电子竞技比赛的大热，以游戏直播为主的直播平台也如雨后春笋般层出不穷，2015年一大批游戏主播天价签约直播平台被媒体炒得火热；相应的，直播平台也逐渐引起了大众的关注。目前直播平台主要以各种游戏直播为主，伴随着其他的一些直播内容，以先进的弹幕播放器作为主播与观众的信息交流与反馈的媒介。本文以“熊猫TV”直播平台的调研为切入点，总结直播平台运作模式与获利模式，分析研究所面临的问题和漏洞，找到解决办法，希望能够对于直播平台运营以及整个直播行业发展有所帮助。81027

本文共分为三大部分，首先第一部分是介绍了直播平台出现的背景以及其对于整个行业的帮助；第二部分介绍了“熊猫TV”直播平台，运行的基础以及盈利模式；第三部分归纳了目前熊猫TV直播平台运营中存在的问题并针对这些问题提供了优化方案。

Operation Strategy Analysis of Panda TV Live Platform

ABSTRACT：With the e-sports competition hot, live broadcast-based live platform is also mushroomed, a large number of online games in 2015 signed a high-priced live broadcast platform was hot speculation; the corresponding, the broadcast platform has gradually attracted the public attention。 The live platform is mainly based on a variety of live broadcast, along with some other live content, with advanced barrage player as the anchor and audience information exchange and feedback media。 In this paper, the "Panda TV" live platform research as the starting point, summed up the live platform operating mode and profit model, analysis of the problems and loopholes in the study, find a solution, hoping to live on the platform and the development of the entire live industry help。

This paper is pided into three parts。 First, the first part introduces the background of the live platform and its help for the whole industry。 The second part introduces the "Panda TV" broadcast platform, the foundation of the operation and the profit model。 The current Panda TV live platform operation of the problems and for these issues to provide an optimization program。
